Blanket cylinders have bearers. Each unit complete with: • Swing down ink fountains with twenty-four (24) easy adjust, graduated, lever style ink blade adjustments using non-segmented, one-piece ink fountain blades. • Each printing couple has an eight (8) roll ink train consisting of; one (1) motor driven steel ink fountain roller, (1) knurled micrometric roller with Pyramid covering, two (2) ink oscillator drums with Rilsan covering, two (2) transfer rollers with rubber covering, and two (2) form rollers with rubber covering. • Spray bar dampening system, complete with one (1) spray bar with four nozzles and press speed tracking, one (1) oscillating chromed transfer roller, and one (1) rubber form roller. • Central lube block for improved frame bore lubrication and ease of maintenance. • Pneumatic control of the ink, water and impressions sequentially timed to the press speed control. • Each plate cylinder is solid stainless steel and uses a slot gap plate lockup system with center register pin. • Each blanket cylinder is solid stainless steel and uses a T-bar blanket lock, with bearers. • Register adjustments for circumferential (+/-.0625"), lateral (+/-.125") and unit-to-unit (+/- .125") are manual with graduated hand wheels. • Complete set of nip guards. Moveable guards, when used, are interlocked to the press drive. FOLDER: (1) SSC Jaw half page folder for a wide range of paper stocks. The SSC half page folder is capable of folding web widths between 23” (584 mm) and 35” (889 mm).
